1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
MOTIONFORGE ("Studio", "we", or "us") provides high-performance creative design and digital development services, including brand strategy, visual identity systems, UI/UX interface design, custom Next.js/WebGL web development, and 3D motion graphics. All project engagements are governed by fixed-price scope proposals executed between the Studio and the Client.
2. PROJECT KICKOFF & PAYMENT TERMS
To ensure swift alignment and dedicated resource allocation, all engagements follow our transparent payment structure:
- Initial Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit and signed agreement are required prior to project kickoff and milestone scheduling.
- Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due upon final project approval prior to transferring source code, domain deployments, or primary design asset handovers.
- Scope Revisions: Any additional feature requests or structural scope modifications outside the agreed proposal will be quoted at a fixed add-on rate.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP
Upon full payment of all project invoices, full ownership of all final visual design deliverables, custom codebases, brand assets, and interactive WebGL components transfers entirely to the Client.
MOTIONFORGE retains the right to showcase completed project work, visual mockups, and interactive site previews within our public portfolio, case studies, and digital marketing channels, unless a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed prior to kickoff.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & FEEDBACK
Project timelines rely on collaborative feedback. Clients agree to provide required content, copy, brand assets, and milestone feedback within 3 to 5 business days. Delayed feedback may adjust the scheduled delivery target date.
5. WARRANTY & POST-LAUNCH SUPPORT
Every website built by MOTIONFORGE includes 30 days of post-launch technical support to resolve any bugs, browser compatibility issues, or layout discrepancies. Additionally, we provide custom Loom video walkthroughs empowering your team to update content independently without coding.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOTIONFORGE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions arising out of or related to third-party hosting downtime, domain registrar issues, or unauthorized client modifications after final delivery.
